I could guarantee you this. The last place to lose the fat is the oldest. Another words where you gained fat first WILL be the last to go, as in a mans gut!

yes, it is true that women tend to gain extra weight on the butt and legs, while men tend to gain it around the middle. however, there is absolutely no way (unfortunately!) how one can predict where fat will be lost and in what order, hence, there is really no such thing as 'spot reduction.' genetics, among several other major factors, basically determines most of this, and we all know how well gentetics can be predicted (sarcasm)! for example, i had a client years ago who, when she gain alot of weight, a large amount of it went to her breasts. however, when she started training and cutting down, her chest was the last place to start trimming, and she ended up not losing much at all there. so, basically, you have to train to lose fat in general.

I agree...I notice anytime I gain it's on bottom first, then if I lose, I lose up top first, then bottom. If I gain/lose/gain/lose, I gain on bottom, then lose on top, then gain on bottom, then lose on top...so if I yo-yo my chest shrinks and my butt becomes wider :~(. So I have decided to listen to the WISE men & women here and have cleaned up my diet, lift heavy and do cardio 3-4 times/week. My bottom is finally shrinking!!!
