Hi, Im a newbie considering updating to FT Pro.

Basically, I am 26 years old, female, 5' 7, 166 pounds. I'm an active gym goer and have been for a couple of years now. I am on weight watchers and aim to lose 21 pounds. I have realised that hours of cardio do nothing but tire me to the core, preventing me from staying awake throughout the day.

I have recently started to eat healthy and aim to stay on this path (7-8 peices of fruit/veg daily, 2 tsp oil, wholemeal, unprocessed foods etc. I don;t drink enough water (6 glasses per day, even after a 40 min cardio workout - I am working on this)

I lost 21 pounds before and although my body shrunk, my shape remained and I had horrible saggy skin and lower stomach was still prominent. I don't know the correct terminology for what I want but what I do know is that I don't shy from weights and WILL get the body I want even if it doesn't show up as a 21 pounds loss on the scales (I realise that this isnt the best indication of fat loss).

I need a workout plan that is tailored to my needs that will help me to lose fat, gain strength, add definition, and help me target certain areas (upper back, love handles, stomach, glutes, triceps).

Will upgrading to TF Pro help me do this? I realise Rome wasn't built in a day and that it will take hard work, consistency and patience but I know I can and will do it. I have the eating side of it nearly sorted, its a fitness plan I need.

Help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
