Hi! I would like to lose some weight in september (4-5kg), in october im going to work abroad, until october I want to lose weight as much as I can. And I have no idea what should I do, I can training 3days per week. What kind of Exercise Program should I choose?

Before you pick your exercises you need to start on your diet.
I need to know your weight and your height to get your the calories you need daily.

after all that, i can write your exercise program.
