I'm 6 weeks into a workout program and i'm looking to lose fat and gain muscle mass. I've been on a 60% carb, 20% protein, 20% fat diet. I'm experiencing lots of muscle fatigue and I'm wondering if increasing my protein intake will help. How can increase my protein intake without adding too much fat or extra calories. Should I cut back on the carbs, and if so, by how much?

low fat cottage cheese has a ton of protein with little or no fat. so does yougert. tuna and salmon in the can also has high protein and low fat.
dont know how to answer your carb question. if you are burning the carbs its o k . if you are not carbs will turn to fat.hope it helps. { try mustard instead of mayo if you cant eat the tuna or salmon on its own}
