Everybody abides me from eating fat, what about carbs?
I heard those build more fat in our body than fat itself and what about curb level in our blood?:surprised:

Eating fat can have the same difference of eating carbs. Carbs at towards the night might have a different effect though. Generally, a person gains weight by eating more calories than they burn. If you eat the same amount of calories from fat and carbs and it's more than you burn, you will gain weight. Doesn't matter if it's from fat or carbs. I hope this clears things up.

you need fat
you need carbohydrates
you need protein
what order, amounts and types are mainly dependant upon your metabolic type.
once again, it's not as simple as calories in/calories out. one of the most important reasons is that it is not sustainable.

neely is right.
ey of a good diet it is not stop eating something. it is in fact knowing what to eat. you need fat to burn fat, carbs to fulfill your energetic needs and protein for muscle building.
