I am losing weight in my legs and arms but my stomach has really bad issues. I had a child 4 yrs ago and it is time for the belly to go. What do I eat, what do I do??? I have done so many ab exercises and it is still here!

It takes a diet made up of only good carbs/proteins/fats, getting enough of the right kind of calories, and doing an exercise routine that includes all over weights and cardio. I have been told many times that my abs will be one of the last places I will see the results. The key is dedication, persistence, and maybe a bit of stubbornness. :p

Fat comes off in different places as fat has a mind of it's own. I always lose my belly last and always gain it back first. The right diet as gwindalyn has said is the key to any fat loss program and be patient it will come off.

sounds like good advice above, follow that and you should see results in due time. I am like sandysford, my belly is always the last to go.. unfortunately.

lol You're right about those boyfriends. lol Well as for me I know that I try to limit the amount of Carbs I intake. I know that (carbs) and to much fat lead to a heavy bloated feel around my midsection I just try to watch when I eat them. At night I know I don't want to go to sleep with such a heavy feel so I don't eat to many carbs at night. As far as exercise goes I try to do 3 different exercises per ab area (upper, lower, obliques). I alternate the order in wich I do them as well as if I use weights or not. I also do a high number of reps because I know the midsection can be a stubborn area at times. Good luck! I hope this helps.
