How can you overcome mental fatigue of working out?

If you are getting mental fatigue all the time, and especially accompanied by some physical fatigue, you may be overtraining. It also may be time for a workout change if you have been doing the same workout for quite a while. One solution is to take a week off, rest your body as well as your mind, start a new workout with a refreshed attitude and mind. Noone ever said this was easy, and the more intense you are about, the harder it becomes. I could not pull up your profile for some reason, so I am just throwing out one suggestion.
