Hang in there and keep working out, people's body types are dependent upon genetics, but you will eventually see the loss in your stomach more as you continue to lose weight. Diet and exercise are the only things that can help and there is no such thing as spot training, people will do 200 situps a day thinking that will reduce stomach fat --it will help those muscles build up, but you won't see them until you lose the fat. If you are losing, you are making progress, most likely just not as quickly noticable in some areas as you would like. More fat in one area, it would make sense that it takes longer to notice it burning off.
