I have been working out (lifting/cardio) for quite some time and have been loosing weight. The problem is that it seems like the majority of the weight im loosing is from my legs and arms. my torso fat does not seem to be proportionate. i have noticed other people the same way what causes this and what can do to lose the tummy fat?

Welcome to FT, mattboy91, glad you are here! Hang in there and keep working out, people's body types are dependent upon genetics, but you will eventually see the loss in your stomach more as you continue to lose weight. Diet and exercise are the only things that can help and there is no such thing as spot training, people will do 200 situps a day thinking that will reduce stomach fat --it will help those muscles build up, but you won't see them until you lose the fat. If you are losing, you are making progress, most likely just not as quickly noticable in some areas as you would like. More fat in one area, it would make sense that it takes longer to notice it burning off.
