Just a thread for people to brag about their favorite bodybuilder, if they have one :) I'd have to go with Frank Zane. This guy had the perfect body, not too bulky and incredibly cut. Then theres always Arnold.. the Iron Oak straight up dominated everything.. I'm a big fan of the older builders..

Ok...I would go with Frank Sepe..He kept a healthier lifestyle than the average and now has more of a fitness mindset...I also always liked Mike Mattarazzo, Jay Cutler, Aaron Maddron...The typical pro bodybuilder lifestyle isn't really about health though...So People like Frank Sepe and Antonio Sabato Jr I look up to more for being healthy...As for women I have always looked up to Monica Brant

Frank Zane-very good physique....more human than compared to today's superheavyweight bodybuilders...
and now Dexter Jackson...is about as close to perfect as one can get imo....why he's not #1 at last years olympia is beyond me... Ronnie Coleman is a freak...but not a best bodybuilder IMO...he's not as symmetrical/proportional/cut as other bodybuilders(dexter jackson)....however his numbers in lifts are staggering...he's a beast..only wish he persued powerlifting ... | |

For me it was always Arnold...UNTILL recently I met Lou Ferrigno ! He was one of the nicest guys you ever want to meet! He took pics with me, I got a signed copy of his book! This guy is still in compitition shape today. He is just huge!(6'8, 325lbs) I belive, dont hold me to those figures it is from memory.
He is truly a inspiration to me. Here is his website if anyone is interested. http://www.louferrigno.com/ His book is VERY inspirational and motivational! He has won a fan in me! -Dave -------------- \" Out of suffering is born strength; Only through pain and deprivation does a human heart become as strong as steel.\" |

Arnold has to be my favorite, if you haven't seen the movie "pumping iron" you should watch it.

True true BA.. You have to give it to him though, that he was Mr. Olympia for 6 years I believe. Mike Dragna and Johnnie Jackson are also two that I like a lot.
