What are some of your favorite exercises? I would have to say that my favorite exercise is benching or overhead press. |

Since I have really been putting more emphasis on my arms and shoulders, mine would be concentration and standing barbell curls, tricep extensions and military presses. |

I have more exercises that I like than dislike so its easier to say I don't care for side and bent lateral raises. |

Skull crushers!! I love to feel that burn in my triceps, and that awesome pump afterward. |

here's a great variation for skull crushers: do them lying on the floor, using a preacher curl bar. using different size plates (45 to a 35 to a 25), start by lifting the bar off the floor with explosive power, and locking out over your head, then lowering the bar until it touches the floor, then repeat. By lowering to the top of your head and using the different plates, you end up hitting different angles on the tri's heads, since each plate is smaller than the last. It's a great exercise for power and strength in the bench!Michael |

SQUATS!!!!! GOTTA LUV 'EM!Real ones, too. Not smith machines or leg presses. This is the type of exercise that ya love to hate. Your results are so incredible, yet, if done correctly, you do all you can not to puke after your done. ya gotta be insane to do 'em ("they're coming to take me away ha ha, ho ho, he, he!"). |

Nothing better than a REAL leg day. It seperates the serious from the amatuers. Heavy squat, followed by Heavy leg presses followed by straight leg deadlifts. By the time you finish you should be at the point of puking and not being able to walk. How I love to train. .o0 Arnold 0o. |

It doesnt separate the serious from the amatuers, just the insane, sick, twisted and demented from those "normal" folks... maybe thats why I will never be normal! *evil laff*Michael |

It's true I like squats as well. I hate when I have to do them, but when I'm doing them I feel a sort of strange power that make me continue lol all madness here. It's easy to say what muscles I don't like to exercise: the biceps and which one I love to exercise: the triceps. What excactly exercise I prefer most, I don't really know... ): |

We should make a "squat" tourment...... Everybody would just walk around (IF they can walk) looking wild and mumbling silly things.......I'm afraid I cannot join any longer.... My lower back just said stop..... |

on the squats...oh my low back! Hey Nina I squated with the 45 pd. bar yesterday for the first time in awhile. No pain. I am going to slowly build back up. It was lite but I had good form. My quads were even sore the next day which is weird! |

No it's not weird to get sore muscles after having been doing an exercise for a long time -even if it's light. Your muscle fibres get worked in a slightly different way that's all, and that causes the soreness... I've started doing lots of fentes instead. Kills my legs as well, but no more hurting lower back. |

I love the endorphin rush after squatting to complete failure. Squats really do separate the strong from the weak. Rev8ball, in this sport you must be freaking crazy to be dedicated to pain. How are you walking philia2? I hope really stiff; that is if you did everything right. I would have to say all shoulder exercises and legwork are my favorite body parts. What I'm saying is all exercises for those groups are completely painful and I love every freaking minute of every exercise I do to target them. ~billk~ |

My favorie is really anything to do with legs. I love to work the hell out of them. but if I had to pick one lift it would be Deadlift it targets alot of muscles and takes brute strength. |

Deadlift...It cannot be faked.-------------- Your two most important minerals: Iron and Chalk. If you smoke or don’t wear your seatbelt, please don’t tell me the deadlift is dangerous. |
