So guys, what are the goods and the bads about freeballing when working out, jogging, etc? And are you a freeballer?

NO, NO I am not. That would be even worse for my problem that I have when lifting. It is just always getting in the way. When you lift you want to be sore in the places you lift, not your privates though.

I used to FB in college a lot, but that was mostly due to the lack of motivation to do laundry. As a school teacher, it would just be a little weird for me to stand in front of the class. Some advice if you're going to free-ball: Do NOT wear mesh shorts outside in temperatures lower than 40 degrees. Its certainly a wake-up call, but a bit too drafty.
