hi my names paul and i am 24 im not fat anwhere else on my my body but my belly.It looks like i am 7 months pregnant (that shape)i only drink alcohol once everyone 2 weeks and i play football 3 times a week for an hour each time.I have 1 bacon roll (etc)for breakfast,2 ham or cheese rolls for dinner,my tea which is various thingsand toast for supper.Does anyone have any ideas for dieting and exercising taht would take this belly away,thanks alot for any replies

How many times a day do you eat? I hope more than twice, if not you are prescribing yourself the perfect program for weight gain. It's sort of a paradox. The only way to lose weight is to end the day in a caloric deficit, but if the calories are too low, then your body goes into starvation mode and will hoard calories.
I don't know whats in a bacon roll, but your diet probably needs an overhaul. Everyone wishes that they could exercise their belly off(count me in there), but the fat will only come off and stay off with the over-all reduction of body fat. Diet, strength training, and cardio are the the key.
