Hi All,

Here's my current diet. Only recently started giving attention to nutrition, so appreciate all your feedback in pointing me to the right direction!

Targets: 2600 Cal 175g protein, 300g Carbs, 80g Fats (75% being olive oil, rapeseed oil, nuts, etc.)

6:45 - 25g of whey with water (20g proteins)
7:30 - 100g Muesli with soya milk
11:00 - 70g Rice+ 100g pulses
2:00 - 2 slices of bread, butter, Salmon/Tuna/Chicken/Ham
6:30 - 30g Glucose+50g whey (only post workout, not rest days)
8:00 - Dinner, varies, around 700 calories.

On rest days have 25g whey with water before going to bed, without the glucose.
