Hi!
I have a small dilemma: I finish my weight training session rather late in the evening (due to my work schedule). I drink a post-workout shake after the session and have dinner with 1-1.5hour. So far, so good. However, as my dinner comes late, I eat light. I read so many things about eating light in the evening, no carbs after 7pm, etc... so I try not to eat too much. The problem is that when I get in the morning I am rather hungry. I eat normal breakfast (not huge quantity, though I would feel like it sometimes). Often I am ok with that breakfast, but less than 2 hours later I am hungry again. I have anyway a snack in the morning, but still feel hungry. So, should I eat more in the previous evening, though xxx articles telling not to do so? Or should I have a more solid breakfast? Please advice.

I am trying to tone/shape and lose a little of fat.My metabolism is average. I can lose fast (I also can gain fast) but now I think I reach a plateau and I won't manage to get my weight downer. Actually, I would like to replace the fat by muscle and more or less so called "ripped". Any advice? Should I carry on starving?

Okay, you obviously have a good metabolism if you're hungry within two hours of eating breakfast, but, believe it or not, that's normal for body builders. I eat every two hours; however, because I'm not perfect that sometimes turns into three hours. Eat sensibley and your body will love you for it. If that doesn't work then quit smokin' hash. J/K.
