Hello all, I am trying to find some good stretching stuff for my wife. She needs a lot of work on this as her circulation has been suffering. She is not very internet friendly so I have offered to help her locate some information that may help her. Her problem is only getting worse as the days go by. She has trouble even reaching her knees.
What I am looking for is maybe some ideas or tips that can help her. If small clips are available somewhere also that would help greatly, she learns best visually. I have been trying to tlak her through some stretches, but at the moment I am unable to actually show her as we are apart due to military. Even sites that have pictures would help, she has explained to me that she wants to eventually get really flexible, like a gymnast, but she doesnt know how to start besides getting to that point.
If anyone can help it would be much appreciated, Thank You.

I can highly recommend the New York City Ballet Workout 2. I have some physical struggles but I can still do most of the stuff on this dvd. It always makes me feel better even on days when small things can seem very difficult. The music is very soothing and once I got into the routine, it wasn't difficult. Keeping my muscles long is pretty important and this workout helps me a whole bunch.
