I am 120 lbs, 5ft 2 and at 14% bodyfat. I have reached a weightloss plateu and need some help coming up with a diet that will allow me to trim down, without destroying the muscle that I have built. It feels like no matter how hard I work out, I can not compensate drop any more weight and I would like to be at a SOLID 110 lbs. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.:big_smile::love:
