I had an eating dissorder about 6 years ago, so please take into account that my motabolism is pretty messed up. Is there a ways to fix my motabolism without gaining more wieght?
My BMR is 1,300.. how can I spread out these calories afficiantly (includig carbs and protein) to loose about 2 sizes? My day looks something like this: Brekfast 8:30am, work 9am-3pm, workout 5pm-6pm (cardio + body part per day).

First of all, your BMR is just the amount of calories you use to exist. It doesn't include any expenditure, ad some calories for all the exercise you do, closer to 1,500 or more.
Eating every three hours is going to boost your metabolism, make mini-meals that include some lean protein, some complex carbs (veggies or fruit, whole grains) and some good fat. This will help your metabolism - you are gaining wieght because it is slow and you are not supporting its nutritional needs to balance the demands you put on it by working out every day.
The hardest thing to make people understand is that you are usually not eating enough to lose wieght. Sounds crazy, but your body is a survival oriented organism, if fuel supply seems low your body holds onto everything it can and breaks down muscle for fuel instead - you get fatter, not fitter, if you are exercising and undereating.
Look more to how you feel and look than your weight. Muscle weighs more than fat, but it eats more calories all day long, so feed it!
