extra food to remove the skinnyness. Look at body composition especially your fat percentage and review your diet- Food/protein intake must be right and balanced with carbs and all. Do your profile here and the nutrition stuff as it has given me massive understanding of what foods do to me etc....

Train heavy, train smart once a week per bodypart with about 5 to 8 exercises based on 2 or 3 routines back/traps and chest/back and shoulders/delts or something like as it suits you- do less or no cardio...

Eat protein before and after training, before sleep and on waking- That's 4 protein meals already and I'm suggesting to you 8 meals a day(a meal can be an apple alone or a protein drink or chicken with rice). Spaced out every 2 to 3 hours this gives fuel therefor a switched on metabolism for growth. Do fill out all the profile stiff here as you can learn alot about yourself from it.
