When filling in the progress charts for workouts...when using dumbells for exercise do you input the weight per dumbell or weight with both? Thanks.

I do per dumbbell, as in - dumbbell shoulder press 45X10 - meaning I used 45 pound dumbells (90 pounds total)...but I think you can record it either way, as long as you are consistent and it makes sense to you!
