Im finally getting the message about eating, lifting, and cardio. With the help of one of the moderators here Ive been eating a different type of menu (suggested) and I went to the gym and did the body parts w/reps suggested and being faithful to my cardio (of which I HATE). Im seeing some great results. Thanks to all who contribute their information and success stories. Wow, this body over here in TEXAS is feeling great. I hope to post some new pics in about three to six months. :)

Great;
yes you have to be faithfull to your workout schedule, and eating habits; and no its not fun, but the results sure are.
