Hi,
I've been lurking around FT for about a year now, but haven't every really followed a program through or posted on the boards. I've been reading the posts here today and find the information that you all are sharing to be quite helpful. I started an 8 week beginners program yesterday. I didn't do the weights correctly, I see, after reading today, but now I understand that I should be working up to the highest weight I can do, rather than doing one weight throughout.
Thanks, too, for the reminder about the stomach vacuum. I've done that in the past and it is quite effective.
Appreciate having the support that is offered here.
