Pretty good :) am on a mass building work out at the moment , Im also a personal trainer for a few people specialising in weight loss and cardio .. So what are your targets?

I'm hoping to get down to 145. If I were to lose any more than that, I'd look like a twig. My work has a cardio workout room, so I'm getting back on the elliptical today after a weekend of not eating the healthiest. I'm definitely a cardio workout gal as opposed to weights.

Its all in the diet :) got to eat right and at the right times for gaining or losing :D You look quite attractive already though.. I am just a pixture frame to you right
