What's the best way to find out my body fat percentage? I have no idea where to start, my gym doesn't offer it.

call around and find out when any local gym is having a free assessment day - they don't have to know you aren't interested in a membership. When I worked at Bally Total Fitness we had a free assessment day everytime they kicked off a new promo. Usually anyone could come in and get a comp done.
Or call the Y and find out if you could get a traier there to do it, maybe it'll cost ya ten bucks. Or if there are any health fairs coming up, sometimes they have it available.
I can't believe your gym doesn't offer it, where is your gym? Don't they have trainers?

Calipurs are not that expensive, if you can get to a place that sells them.

But then you need someone who knows how to use them correctly :)

I work out at the Canada Olympic Park training center, so you'd think they would have something! They don't hire trainers there because there are always personal trainers for the athletes, so I guess they don't need that kind of stuff. I heard calipers were really expensive... oh well, I'll call the local gyms and see what I can find out, thanks for the help!
