Hey someone told me that once u open a bottle/break the seal of creatine container, u're supposed to finish it within 6 months.
Otherwise creatine turns into creatinine within 6 months, which is toxic to the body , so never take it after 6 mont s...IS THAT TRUE?
I have 1kg of prolab creatine(big pack's cheaper) & I do have breaks in exercise so I cannot finish creatine in 6 months...
PLEASE HELP & guide me
Thanks a lot

I would have to say, in general, no. As unstable as it may be, Creatine, on the average, has a shelf life of 3-4 years before it begins to become unstable and break down into creatinine. Of course, many environmental variables can play into this, such as a dry climate vs a more humid one, but this is the average.

Creatnine toxic? Or is it that it is just not useful to the body and simply discarded by the body.

Actually, yes. Creatinine is a body toxin, and is one of the waste by-products extremented by the kidneys - nothing you want alot of.
