I'm 6'2 and 235-240 lbs. I'd like to get down to about 200-210 lbs (of pure muscle).
I recently bought Firelean, and some pills called Cuts from GNC. I was wondering if any of you have taken these pills, and will give advice, or tell me if they work.
I hear Firelean works great...just any info, or comments on this topic would be great. :big_smile:
jagz...Best way to lose weight and keep it off is to create a caloric defecit, by diet and workout. Fat burners work for a short amount of time...but only use them to assist in getting the process started if you have to, from there do it naturally and it'll stay off.
Your profile says you're working out...are you incorporating any cardio into your routine? This will help considerably in shedding that extra weight.
Have you tracked your diet and caloric intake? It's much easier to eat less calories if you know what you're eating.
Also if you're looking to lose 25-40 lbs and get lean I would recommend losing the fat first...then building the muscle. I'm currently trying to trim the rest of my fat while building lean muscle. When I get down to my ideal weight I'm going to start putting on muscle mass. From everything I've heard/read you'll come out with a much nicer trim shape by doing it that way.
