Hello everyone.... I am 29 yr/old fulltime fireman. I am now at about 300lbs, built well but in need of some weight loss and some toning. Thought I would check out the site and the board and maybe get some support. Any advice would be very helpfull. Thank you.

Corey is this becuase you work on the desk? so with bunker gr, tank and chromes you're standing at about 380... where is your station? Your next post should consist of the following; height, goals, activity level, what do you eat on a day to day, you know you need cardio and a good diet already. I'd suggest going to the top of the page click on fitness plan and explore your options for a good plan. Then the nutritional plan will give you great tips on food and calories. I suggest throwing in some fat burn/supplements to help the process.
