Well, I just did my first 12 week mass workout yesterday. Today I am much sorer than I would have thought, especially my tri's. (did shoulders and tri's. I have never been big on close grip presses, as I always do bar dips. I do think the change up may have caused the good soreness though. =)
Here's to some massive gains in the next 14 weeks!! =)
Close grip presses are good for hitting tri's, Your right, they're getting hit from a little different angle is all. From what I remember of the 12-week program you should start seeing some dips around the 5th week when they change things up a bit, I think they're on chest day then.
