I guess I'm the Grand Mom on here. I'm 54 and have never execised a day in my life. Started gaining weight a couple of years ago, now have a stomach and have gained about 30 pounds, I also stopped smoking!! Need encouragment and accountability. I feel pretty motivated today...let's hope it last.

Anything is possible for you, ya just have to stick with it. A saying that I often use is; "Ya gotta be Clark Kent before you can be Superman".
Just start off slow and work your way up into better fitness. Start by looking at your daily diet, and add a few days a week of cardio AND resistance training.
