Just got done doing my "workout" as soon as i started i ran up and down a 20 set of stairs (indoor) 8 times. I was in the "target heart rate" i knew that for sure. As soon as i started the squats i pulled a hamstring on my 11th squat (forgot to stretch :( ) . So to avoid further injury i switched to day 2 and did my arms ect. Not off to a great start but this is my first exercise quest that i am going to push it to the limit, within reasonable boundaries. How was your guys first day?
Also i am 10 days away from being 18 and figured i would get into shape for the first time in my life. So any advice for a novice would be greatly appreciated. Im 6 feet 4 inches and weigh 300 lb/s.
