Hello everyone I am Kimmie I am new to this exercise thing. Today was my first day and I completed the whole routine in less than an hour. I am pretty impressed with myself but dead! HAHAHAHA I am making a vlog about my weight loss. I just in the matter of two years had two babies and breastfed both so I am overweight. My goal is 50 lbs but if all goes well 100lbs but I do not want to be disappointed. I am glad I go to the chiro tonight as the chin ups were a killer! Take care and God Bless.:dumbbell:

Its a great thing that ignorance doesn't discourage me! The fact that I already know their are no fat loss fairies just fairies like you that think you are all that and really you just get off on making people feel bad about their selves but guess what it doesn't phase me ignorance is like an ass and you are one!!! I am actually working towards my goal exercising and diet not a pill and not a drink because I know there isn't a fat remedy. So in the words of the Lord,

And the "fat loss fairy" quote is from a fellow in the fitness industry. He's well respected and is encouraging people to understand fat loss and muscle gain does not come from a pill like we are being fed by TV commercials and magazine ads.
