This is my first post here on this site and I was just looking for some advice on what would be best for me. I am having some confusion on which type of workout I should do. The only place I need to lose weight is my stomach. I dont know wither to do the full body 20 minute workout or do the weight loss and definition program. My main priority is getting in shape right now. I just have been iffy on the full body workout because I have always thought it was best to workout different muscles each day. Maybe there is a different one I should be using even. Thanks for the help.
