Hi all. First off, this is by far the most fantastic site i've ever visited on the subject. Had to get that outa the way : ) My question isn't one of fitness....but how to use the website. For the nutrition part, are you limited to the foods that you can search? Or can you add info off of the nutrition labels?? Thanx Pete
Hey pete, you are limited to the food choices already in the nutrition section there are a lot to choose from, just type it in and hit go and see what it brings up for a match. you may have to try different ways of entering to find what you are looking for. Good luck and if all else fails try fitday this is a good site for tracking foods you eat.
