Hi all! I am trying to do my best in losing weight..I'm not a motivated person so I hope I can count on many of you to help me out through these times of trying to lose weight.

Welcome, I sympathis with you on lack of motivation. I find myself getting somewhat depressed with losing daylight and that makes me lazy about doing my own exercise. Maybe we can motivate each other. I work some nights and every saturday so my exercise is fitted in where I can. I have had to change my schedule so much during these last few weeks, that I am always starting over. Oh well, thats what free trainers is here for-change and exercise. (grin) Take care-jan
