Hello! I just joined, and am so excited to read, read, read all of this stuff.
I am 34, 5'4 and weigh 140. I had a baby one year ago, and need to get some of this flab gone!!!!
I have been doing the treadmill in the am, for 45 minutes, doing a circuit in my garage mid day and my treadmill again at night.
I am going in to have my resting metabolic rate done, to be sure I eat enough, but not too much.
Is it okay to work out like this 7 days a week? My circuit is really pretty light weight.
Should I be increasing the weight, and lowering my reps, and doing less days per week?
I'm a little lost...........any help would be so helpful.
Also, It isn't too much cardio, is it? I don't want to bulk muscle up at this point, so........I'm hoping lots of cardio will just get the fat off faster???
Thanks Alot!!!!!!

Definately looks like too much, try one of the freetrainers work-outs which also incorporates cardio. Exercise is good but you also need rest days. Also don't be hung up on muscles. You won't end up like Arnie! Muscle will help burn fat and make you look leaner.

My diet is really clean. I don't know my caloric intake, but I eat well. Only good foods here!!! I am having my metabolic rate tested tomorrow am, to know how much I am burning per day. I have a feeling that I may not eat enough, but I am not sure. That should take the guesswork out of it.
I eat lean protein, complex carbs only, tons of veggies and fruit, and healthy fats every day. I'm poor on h2o
