Well wasnt as hard as I thought it was going to be. Alittle sore but this time back I did remember not to go crazy with the weights like I used to. 3 days lifting and 2 days cardio now its time to enjoy the weekend.
I know what you mean, I just started working out again recently after a very long lay-off, never thought to work out my schedule so I didn't have to work out on the weekend but then again it gives me & my kids something different to do on saturday.
