After 8 days my waight has not changed at all. Is that normal? i want to keep motivated bau after 1 week of raquetbal i expected some change and the only change i got is the huge muscle pain. And how's your diet? That is the most likely culprit. Remember, it's 80% diet and 20% workout that will gain you results!

Is raquetball the only activity you do? Do you lift weights? Racquetball isn't exactly aerobic so playing this 6 times a week may not help. You need something else to help burn the calories.

You aren't eating nearly enough. Why don't you try some weight training and fill out the exercise and nutritional info here and get an idea of what you need.

It's not the frequency, but the type. First, you didn't answer my question. Do you do any resistance training (weight lifting)? If not, you should add this to your workout.
Second, instead of racquetball, do about 20 mins. of HIIT cardio, 3-4x per week. If you don't know what this is, then do a search.
Good luck!

Yes, I have played before...although I prefer tennis myself. I don't disagree that it is a good workout, but HIIT applied correctly achieves better results and requires less time to complete.
