I've just finished my first workout. I am not pleased with what I did. I am so out of shape that a simple lunge was difficult. I am not sure I even did the exercises correctly. The instructions do not tell me I'm supposed to switch sides? I'm assuming I'm supposed to? (Which I did). I couldn't finish the required reps. I did as many as I could.
I need a bit of guidance.

All beginners start this way. Even an experienced person returning after a break where muscle reduces has to start off at lower levels of intensity.

Hi I'm Lisa and I am new to the program. Kind of nervous but I need to get going and show my daughter the right way to take care of ourselves. :big_smile:
