I've just finished my first workout. I am not pleased with what I did. I am so out of shape that a simple lunge was difficult. I am not sure I even did the exercises correctly. The instructions do not tell me I'm supposed to switch sides? I'm assuming I'm supposed to? (Which I did). I couldn't finish the required reps. I did as many as I could.
I need a bit of guidance.
