Fish pills for kids??

I've been working on getting my wife to take fish pills because she's been having a lot of joint problems but she can't swallow the horse pills that I get. All of the main brands I see are about the same size. So I was curious if anyone makes a fish pill for kids (smaller size), or something of the sort.

You can go on their site and get a free sample, it will take some time to get though. Most health food stores sell it now, I know Vitamin Cottage here carries it. It is a 'liquid', kind of the texture of the carb energy supplements for bikers pre race.
