Has anyone got some interesting ways to jazz up fish? At the moment, I'm just adding a few spices and a dash of lemon juice or vinegar to the fillets ...
Oh, and if you can highly recommend a species, it would be greatly appreciated! I buy Pollock 'cause it fits my budget <grin>
I like halibut or cod fish. They are really suttle in taste and don't need a lot of spices added to them. I usually just add lemon juice and lemon pepper to my fish.
