I just got direct tv and found a channel called fit tv, has anyone else seen or heard of this channel? So far the advice doesn't seem to be for the serious weight lifter or for someone who's very serious. Just little changes to get someone who hasn't done any activity back into shape. They have people doing dumble raises with water bottles and stuff like that. There;s also a program on the secrets of the superstars in hollywood which is extremely ridiculous One guy Nick loche's(Jessica Simpsons husband) brother says he doesn't eat after 9pm to keep lean, which we all no is not the right way and spending a few hours in the gym to pack on 15 lbs. of muscle on. Just thought i'd share:big_smile:

I agree with Mutt....alot of cardio type stuff, getaway spas, etc. Every now and then they will have on a bb program, but it is normally the same one. I have seen the same one about 3-4 times now.
