Officially introduce yourself to the community by sharing your goals, obstacles or accomplishments. Don't be shy.. we're all here for the same reason. The more support we share the easier it will be to reach our goals!
I'm new to this web site but came on here to look for a cyber fitness friend. The idea would be that each of us would make a goal or goals of whatever fitness plan we individually wished to pursue. You have yours; I have mine. Then we report back to each other each day or whenever on what we did toward that goal. The idea is encouragement and accountability. I'm a 56 year old novice who's interested in running and starting from scratch toward a marathon. I have other goals as well.
