Hello, I'm a 24 year old female, and I'm 5'11, 155 lbs. I used to be in great shape because I played three sports in college. But, then I got burnt out, and haven't worked out consistently for the last 2 years, so I lost all my muscle mass. I'm tryin to get toned again to do some fitness modeling, but I don't want to be as muscular as when I played sports. I eat very healthy and I think I could see results fast since I am already thin, but I've only ever lifted for strength and performance, not really sure if I should do anything differently. Any ideas?
