I have a boom box in my garage where I workout. I usually listen to my favorite radio station. It helps me to listen to classic rock.

I usually listen to techno when i am doing cardio....a couple of good songs are "Kernkraft 400" by zombie Nation, "Sandstorm" by Darude, and "Castles in the Sky" by Ian Van Dahl. Those are all uptempo, fast songs that keep me motivated. Also, "Hey Ya" by Outkast is a bouncy song that keeps me hoppin'!! hope this gave you some good ideas.

I play bass in a rowdy hillbilly country band. I use this time to let the radio do the work and keep current on recent hits. radio freindly is acualy my least favorite but it is helpful in times of twenty dollar request.
