I have no gym or equipment so am on the home fitness plan. I've done the 1st 4 weeks & now asked for the plan for the next 4 weeks which I've received. It is identical to the first 4 weeks. I don't mind this however have a question. When I first started, my plan included lunges but then these disappeared from the list. I still do them as I want to reduce my gluteuous maximus! The only option from home was working on my abs. I actually want to work on my bum & legs more & have only calves raises & squats in my plan for this area. Is the only way to alter certain exercises to upgrade membership? My abs aren't really my problem area.
Glad to say I'm seeing signs of improvement. Half inch off waist & 3lbs lost.

There is no reason why you couldn't continue the leg work the way you would want to. To be able to swap exercises on here you would need the professional edition of ftreetrainers.
Don't forget, a full body workout is best, you don't have to take the ab option, but at least do a few crunches.

Thanks Carivan. I'm still continuing full body workout with running, swimming, cycling & walking as well as the exercises on here so I'm sure it will pay off in the long term which is what I want. I'll just incorporate a few extra but exercises I think.
