I'm looking for a new Fitness Plan that works! The Fitness Plan on FreeTrainers is it effective? I notice that they instruct you to work your biceps and triceps together and i was always told not to? If anyone knows any good workout routines please help me out. I'm not a beginner probably more Intermediate. Thank You !

There's nothing wrong with doing them together. Some people swear by it, others don't. It's more personal preference than anything else.
The workouts on here work, assuming you have your diet right. If they don't work, it isn't the workout you're just not eating right. Adjust and try again.

Fabulous results, go for it! On a side note, what works for one person, might not work for another. Most get good results from the programs when followed.
