is this correct? The fitness plan on the website here tells me to do 9 exercises on monday...then only 3 on tuesday...then 10 on thursday and then on friday only 3 exercises....seems liek a waist of time to go to the gym to do 3 exercises in less then 30 min..... is this correct?
Re doit, if it comes out that way, then it is correct. Time isn't important, it is the quality. Sometimes I only do 3 exercises, with my cardio. I am never in the gym more than 1hr.
