Fitness plan sets

Hey just a quick question here:
When following my fitness plan, am I supposed to go through all sets of one exercise and then move onto the next, or do one set of each and go through until I have finished all 4 for each exercise?

do them in order the first thing you said go through all sets of one exercise and then move onto the next
