So I'm basically a 16 year old male looking to tone up. I'm pretty lean, I'm about 146 lbs and I'm about 5' 11". I've been working out about every other day for 3 months. I wanted some variety in my training routine, so I decided to join this site and hopefully get some workouts and ideas. The only thing though, is that almost all of your body parts get worked out once a week and your abdominals only twice. Previously, I worked out all my body parts twice a week, and my abdominals twice. Am I just being skeptical of something new, or could this actually benefit me?
