I just registered on this site and did they fitness plan profile but seeing what they have me doing seems pretty weak. Only doing 2-4 diffrent exercises a day. Is it worth following? Has anyone followed it and had good results?
A lot of our members started with a plan from the site here and have had great suceses.

I am finshing my first 8 week fitness plan here. I have a 3 day split of general progressive training. I lift for around 1 hour and do cardio for 1/2 -1 hour. I have gotten in better shape now then when I was lifting to play NJCAA college lacrosse. I wish I had this program then. I am going to be starting a new fitness plan next week. I am also doing the 12 week ab and it works.
