Hello All,

I've just joined looking for some advise. I've decided it's time I lost some weight and turned my home garage into a gym. I have some good equipment in there but am looking for some routines to follow on certain days.

The equipment I have is:

Life Fitness G7 MultiGym (Attachments: Standard handles, tricep rope, seated row, close grip tricep bar & 48" lat bar. It also comes with a straight bar I can attach at both ends)
Body-Solid Series 7 Smith Machine
Adjustable Bench that I can use with both machines
Range of Jordan Medicine Balls (3KG-9KG) (Numbers 5-9 have 2 handles)
Small Matting Area
Large Fitness Ball
2x Reebok Resistance Tubes (Medium & Heavy Resistance)

If anyone can devise me a custom weekly plan to workout on this equipment I'd be really grateful. 3-4 times a week.
